I had an appointment for electrolysis today. I have been suffering from a heavy cold and very nearly pulled out of going. However any delay in this treatment could force me to put back my GRS for a third time, so I forced myself to go.

The session went well as I was doped up with pain killers and had plenty of emla applied to the treatment area.

Sitting in the waiting room I did as I normally do and chatted to another girl also waiting for electrolysis.

Absorbed in conversation I hardly noticed another girl come into the waiting room. After a few moments she said “It’s Broxie! Isn’t it?” The voice was almost familiar, I looked over to see a young and very feminine face. I still could not place the name until she told me it who she was. Then it all fitted she had changed a little from my minds picture of her, but she is still as pretty and feminine as I remember from the days when I was not living full time in my gender role. That must have been 4 years or more ago!

Unfortunately she had found out yesterday that her gender reassignment operation the was scheduled a week before mine, will need to be postponed in order to have some other essential surgery done.

She is one of the most naturally feminine trans girls I have ever met, so I was surprised to learn that she intends to have some facial feminising surgery. I really hope it all goes well for her.

At my last electrolysis session I was informed that there was a few tufts of hair that may need more treatment to be totally clear in the area needed for my Gender Reassignment Surgery.

Today this was being evaluated and a second opinion sought from the nurse that works along side the surgeons.

Unfortunately the second opinion was that I should cancel my operation and get a new date for later in the year. Recently some girls in a similar position have developed complications with hair post surgery.
