This is taken from another forum but it seems like a good idea.
Imagine for a moment Lighting Candles World Wide and all at the same time. Imagine your child knowing we are Lighting Candles World Wide just for them.

We have given this a lot of thought and we have come to the conclusion that everyone can light a candle at their home or in their home town at a designated place.

You can be a part of Lighting Candles World Wide to show a united front for the children and their need to have both parents and grandparents in their lives.

Light a candle for a child

We have chosen December 18, 2008 at 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (more time zones below) for our first annual Lighting Candles World Wide which is exactly one week before Christmas. This is the hardest time of year for those missing their children, but especially for the children who are missing a parent or grandparents or in some cases siblings and of course their extended family.

what have you got to lose, its just one candle...

In the office I work at I noticed several people struggling to read the small fonts and also having trouble with positioning of the mouse.

This prompted me to create some themes to make things easier.

All the themes here are based on the Standard Windows Theme. I have given all of them (Extra Large) Windows Standard Mouse Schemes.

Many people find some of the standard fonts used in operating systems a little more difficult to read.

I have based the fonts used on Arial, which seems to be the common choice for email and documents in the office where I work.

I also created a set of themes using the Century Gothic font. It is one of the few fonts I have seen that displays the letter “a” as we would write it. The question mark, “?” is a bit odd though and the letter “t” does not have a curl at the bottom.

The Standard windows font size was set to 8pt. I made my themes in 8pt, 11pt, 12pt, 14pt, and 16pt sizes.

I found that at 16pt, that some of the texts in search boxes were not always fully visible.

On my system I found that setting the font to 10pt did not work correctly. The font property changed to 11pt.
