Post Operative Friend

It was a great honour to meet with the lady that took my canceled surgery date, she proudly showed me the results of the operation that she had yesterday.
I had thought that being on the ward would either make me remorseful about my persponed operation or scared of what is to come. That was not the case though and I was simply happy that a friend had the result she wanted so much.
It was also a great opertunity to see the staff and how the ward worked.
